The place Sedjati Group keeps every standard operating procedure (SOP) for its 1,500 employees: SOP library, reading progress, quizzes, exams, recurring exam series, reporting, and audit log. It doubles as a lens for Human Capital, reading how each person grows through their scores. I built it and maintain it end to end.
The challenge
Company knowledge lived in scattered documents, and no one could tell how well people actually absorbed it. Human Capital needed onboarding that scales past word of mouth, and a real way to measure understanding, not just attendance.
The approach
One platform that holds the knowledge and tests it. SOPs, exams, and quizzes sit next to a performance layer that turns every attempt into a signal Human Capital can read. Identity runs through Keycloak, so access follows the same rules as the rest of the company.
What's inside
- Subjects, topics, sections: tiered content with reorder
- Quiz: questions, sessions, archive
- Reading progress: tracked per section
- Question bank: reusable questions, tag registry
- Exam & draw plan: full random or per-tag quota
- Cohort & sitting: frozen roster, one attempt
- Scoring & reporting: per-tag weakness profile
- Exam series: scheduled, recurring exams
- Users, groups, authors: membership and roles
- Notifications: inbox, dashboard, audit log
Key decisions
- A single source of truth for SOPs, so nothing important lives in a private drive
- Every quiz and exam feeds a performance profile, so growth is measured, not guessed
- Keycloak for identity, so access follows company-wide rules
- Exam history stays correct: frozen cohort rosters, single-attempt sittings, and draw plans over a tagged question bank
- Built to onboard at scale, the same path for the first hire and the hundredth
