Sedjati Group runs more than 20 business units, each with its own branding site, and outdated sites were spreading misinformation. I proposed one multi-tenant CMS to fix that, gathered requirements with the heads of business units, and designed it from the first PRD.
More than 20 business units, no two the same kind of business, each wanting its own site, content, and pace, and none willing to wait on a developer to change a headline. A rigid template breaks the moment one unit needs something the others do not.
A multi tenant CMS built for flexibility from the first PRD. Each unit gets its own space and content model, editors work in an interface designed around them, and the system bends to new unit needs instead of forcing everyone into one shape. Built on TanStack Start with an AdonisJS and Lucid backend.
