SALUT Turki Admin Panel

Internal admin panel

Client: Universitas Terbuka
Year: 2025
Role: Software developer, full stack

Semester payment
Data auditing
Staff payroll

The admin side of SALUT Bilge Turki, kept behind the login: where staff process semester student payments, audit student records, and run payroll for the center's own people. Built full stack as the center's sole part-time developer.

The challenge

The public SALUT Bilge Turki site could tell students about programs and services, but running the center still meant handling semester payments, auditing student data, and paying staff by hand, with nothing tying it together.

The approach

A full stack admin panel on Next.js with a Neon Postgres backend, giving staff one place to process semester payments, audit records, and run payroll, kept internal and behind the login.

Key decisions

Built full stack instead of bolting an admin onto the static public site
Neon Postgres for a serverless database that scales with the center's needs
Kept strictly internal, no public surface, since it handles student payment data
Payroll and auditing modeled alongside payment, not as separate bolt-ons
